In our recruitment campaign for EVOLUTION, we looked beyond the standard perks to highlight the emotions that linger long after the workday is done.
The flexibility, modern environment, and inspiring atmosphere that EVOLUTION offers are reflected through vibrant colors, high-energy visuals, and dynamic copy. Here, the traditional Lithuanian proverb, equivalent to “Work looks good on you” is reimagined into a series of benefit-driven slogans, such as “Flexible work looks good on you.” Together with the campaign video and visuals, it captures the unmistakable feeling of finally finding the perfect career fit.
