It’s nice when other people take care of you, but true happiness lies in the ability to care for yourself. In this “Camelia” pharmacy advertisement, we drew attention to this simple yet important truth in a humorous way – through a chain of self-care. To create it, we employed a technically complex solution: an interaction of Giedrius Savickas clones.
The ad successfully created the illusion that six clones of the actor, in a single continuous shot, are taking care of each other’s health – measuring blood pressure, washing hair, and giving vitamins – thereby showcasing various categories of pharmacy products. And while the use of clones in advertising is not a new technique, the final result stands out due to its unique solution and conveyed an important message in a fun way.
