The atmosphere during breaks and before shifts feels like getting ready for a party, and that is the emotion we highlighted in their employee attraction campaign, led by the slogan “Good Time Job.”Using actual office locations and work equipment, we captured the reality of EVOLUTION in candids that highlight the friendships and warm emotions at its core. The campaign features a playful and fresh style to emphasize the workplace’s uniqueness – a fun company of peers – while also communicating other benefits like competitive salaries and flexible work schedules.
