SBA wanted something different for their recruiting campaign, as they said „no talking heads, no working process videos, it has to be something special”. We knew, we had to make this campaign as humanly relatable as possible. The core of our idea came from an insight that when you love your job, you don’t feel like working anymore. We found a way to show where people get their everyday inspiration from and came up with 6 different storylines of SBA employees. Nothing was staged, we stayed true to who those people really are.
