Today REALCO is one of the largest and well-established real estate developers in Lithuania. However, most of REALCO’s marketing came from those projects, rather from their own marketing campaigns. As people did not know what values stand behind all these projects that REALCO did, brand started to loose it’s true identity.
To tell the audience that REALCO is a reliable, leading real estate developer for many years, caring not only about the building process itself, but also about the surroundings and the balance between practicality and comfort.
IDEA AND SOLUTION
Main inspiration and an answer lies right here — in REALCO corporate values: focusing on the harmony with the environment and local infrastructure. So we decided to name this in one-word – balance. A balance between experience and technologies, between the city and nature, between life and work, between time with family and time for yourself. So our message came in synergy with minimalistic visuals – an attractive 3D models, created from different elements, related to their business (residential, public, and commercial projects).
