Maybe it’s not that hard to sell new apartments in a city, but it’s definitely a tricky question when it comes to advertising them. So you can imagine our surprise when our client real estate consulting company RE&SOLUTION asked us to give up all stereotypes for the promo campaign of their new apartments in Užupis district. We knew that we had to use completely new advertising philosophy for this one…
… and so we did. Instead of promoting new apartments we decided to promote a kanso lifestyle, a Japanese philosophy teaching us about the advantages of minimalism. We came up with slogan LESS SQUARES, MORE SPACE and turned it into minimalistic and subtle logo. Simplicity has never been a better choice!
