Creating a corporate recruiting campaign doesn’t sound like a dream job to any creative advertising agency. However, our client SBA wanted something different, as they said ‘no talking heads, no working process videos, it has to be something special’.
This client brief just got better but it still was nowhere near easy. SBA group consist of 20 different companies, but nobody knew that they all belong to one corporation. More to that, nobody knew that SBA is a corporation. So we had a double task – to introduce SBA group as such and to attract new employees.
We created a series of video ads with real employees as the main heroes. The core of this idea came from an insight that when you love your job, you don’t feel like working anymore. We found a way to show where people get their everyday inspiration from and how their work relates to who they truly are. Every video introduced a different field of SBA group and different career level. The main message invited to get creative with SBA no matter what creativity means to you. This campaign surely was something special.
Campaign consists of 7 videos for social media channels, a new career webpage, banners, prints and branding guidelines.
